North Buffalo Cafe Announces Permanent Closure

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A North Buffalo store has announced it will no longer brew coffee.

The Daily Planet Coffee Shop, located at the corner of Hertel and Parker Avenues, had already closed once. It reopened under new management in February, but this week, the owners announced it was closing permanently.

The store thanked customers for their support during their short trip.

The Daily Planet’s social media statement reads in full:

It’s been a while since we’ve been with you, but we’ve come to the conclusion that we’re going to close permanently.

Thank you to everyone who supported us throughout our short journey. We hope the best for all our employees and customers.
