1 dead, 2 injured after triple shooting in Forestville – NBC4 Washington

One man is dead and two others injured after a three-person shooting in Forestville, Maryland.

According to Prince George’s County police, the shooting occurred around 10 p.m. in a neighborhood near the Penn Mar Shopping Center.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene. The second man was taken to a hospital and the third man was treated at the scene.

Police investigated the crime scene until about 5:15 a.m., about seven hours after they began their investigation.

The cause of the shooting remains under investigation and police are searching for the shooter responsible.
