Police and SWAT in Henderson respond to a barricaded armed suspect

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Henderson police and SWAT teams responded to a call of an armed suspect who had barricaded himself in the southeast valley.

According to police, Henderson police and fire departments responded around 8 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a domestic dispute in which one of the people involved was carrying a weapon in the area of ​​Dallace Terrace and Manti Place near Warm Springs Road and Stephanie Street.

When officers arrived at the scene, they attempted to make contact with the suspect, but he refused to comply and barricaded himself in the house, police said.
