Person in custody after incident at home in Tioga-Nicetown in Philadelphia leaves one person seriously injured

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Police are investigating an incident at a home in Philadelphia’s Tioga-Nicetown neighborhood. One person is in critical condition and another is already behind bars.

Police arrived at the home in the 2800 block of North 26th Street around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Action News is waiting for investigators to provide feedback on what exactly happened.

The action cam captured what appeared to be a broken window on the 2nd floor.

Police have not identified the victim or the suspect.
