Katie Price shocks with details about “celebrity rapist”

Katie Price shocked This Morning presenters Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes when she revealed they knew the celebrity she claims raped her.

The 39-year-old was speaking out about the scandal surrounding allegations of sexual harassment and rape against Hollywood film mogul Harvey Weinstein when she dropped the bombshell that her rapist was a celebrity Ruth and Eamonn know.

“I was raped by a celebrity, you’ve probably heard about it,” she told the show’s stunned hosts on Friday.

“I never said a word. I don’t want to go in that direction. It happened years ago and time passes, so I think it’s best to stay out of it.”

The mother of five also said she would reveal the identity of her rapist to Ruth and Eamonn off camera: “There’s a reason I can’t say. I can say it off air and then you’ll say, ‘Yeah, I understand.'”

“If you’ve seen this person on TV, you say, ‘Oh my God.'”

The former glamour model also spoke about the night she says she was raped.

“I agreed to go back to the house. Sometimes you think whether it was rape or not, but when you say no, you mean no. I know I was raped,” she explained, adding: “Women should not be afraid to report it.”

It’s been a tough few weeks for Katie since she learned her mother was terminally ill and her marriage to estranged husband Kieran Hayler fell apart.

She also revealed that she is under police protection after thugs threatened to smash her 15-year-old son Harvey’s face in if she did not pay them £50,000.

Alluding to the rollercoaster ride of her last few weeks, the star said: “In the last six weeks I’ve lost a baby, found out Kieran was cheating on her with the nanny, found out my mum was dying and things with Chris (Hughes) have spiralled out of control.”

“I was threatened with £50,000 in cash. If they don’t give me the money, they’ll smash Harvey’s face in. I’m under police protection.”
