IMPD: 1 shot, killed on the north side of Indy

INDIANAPOLIS – Police are investigating the shooting of a person on Indy’s north side early Monday morning.

According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the 700 block of West 32nd Street shortly after 2:30 a.m. for a report of a person being shot.


When officers arrived, they found the person with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. Police said she was pronounced dead.
