About the lawsuit

Globe Life and certain of its executives are alleged to have failed to disclose material information during the Class Period, in violation of the federal securities laws.

At 11 April 2024Investment research firm Fuzzy Panda reported that the company and its subsidiaries had engaged in large-scale insurance business.
