TOMBALL, Texas (KTRK) — A SWAT standoff ended with the arrest of a woman accused of causing a disturbance among her family and deputies by opening fire in northwest Harris County, according to investigators.

Major EB Doyen of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the standoff occurred at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the 22700 block of Dana Drive, near Alice Road.

Officers received a domestic disturbance call involving a weapon and discovered that the suspect, a 31-year-old woman, had allegedly brandished a gun at her stepfather and mother.
