The owner of Country Car Wash, 2502 Country Club Road, reported that a customer with an RV cabin caused $500 worth of damage to a can at the top of a driveway. Police were shown video of the incident.

Officers responded to a report of an unruly customer at Optimum, 2505 Pine St. The customer was removed from the property and instructed not to return or face arrest for trespassing.

A Clay Street man showed officers footage of a vehicle occupied by three men pulling into his driveway around midnight. At least one of the men walked to the back of the house and likely opened a window. Nothing was reported stolen.

Police were called to a residence in the 300 block of South 12th Street because someone was refusing to leave. Officers were able to get the uninvited guest to leave.

A South 16th Street resident reported the theft of a John Deere riding lawn mower that was missing a rear wheel/tire. Police were alerted to two men who had expressed interest in purchasing the machine.

A Phillips Street woman reported the theft of a lawn trimmer and that the thief had struck while she and her family were outside. Police were eventually able to recover the lawn trimmer, whose serial number matched that of the unit reported stolen. Paul Andrew Owens, 52, the passenger of a vehicle seen at the location, was arrested on an unrelated warrant.

An employee at Lucky Liquor, 3002 Pine St., reported that an older black man had harassed and threatened her. Police contacted the suspect and advised him not to return to the establishment or face arrest for trespassing.

An officer was called to Twin Rivers Health & Rehabilitation for a report that a caregiver had used physical force to remove a resident from a bed. The resident declined to press charges, and police found no evidence of abusive treatment.

Jewel Alexander Binns, 30, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at 1716 Walnut Street for disorderly conduct due to his apparent inability to remain civil when officers were asked to conduct a civil standby at the residence.

A’tavia Sonnier, 19, and Citiva Reid, 21, were arrested at the corner of 14th and Phillips Streets. Police were called to the area regarding a dispute over house keys. Sonnier was arrested for third-degree domestic violence, and Reid was arrested for disturbing the peace and obstructing governmental operations.

A woman reported the theft of her iPhone, which she had left on the counter at Tiger Mart. When she returned shortly afterward, she found it was gone. An officer requested surveillance footage from the gas station but was told it was not immediately available.

A patrol officer on North 23rd Street smelled natural gas and heard a hissing sound. He discovered that a motorist had run over a gas line. The fire department and power company were called to shut off the gas line.

Johnny Russey, 41, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at 504 S. 10th St. on third-degree domestic violence and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Russey’s arrest followed police response to a domestic dispute involving a woman.
