Diddy is asking the judge to dismiss a 2003 rape charge involving a 17-year-old girl

Sean “Diddy” Combs is asking a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit accusing him and two others of raping a 17-year-old girl in New York in 2003.

The motion was filed Friday as the 54-year-old music mogul continues to battle several other sexual misconduct-related lawsuits and is under investigation for sex trafficking.

His lawyers called the rape allegation a “false and despicable allegation” and argued that the lawsuit was filed too late under New York state law.

A judge has ruled that the plaintiff must reveal her name, which has been kept secret, if she wants to proceed with the lawsuit.

Previously referred to as “Jane Doe” in the case, she alleges that in 2003, as an 11th grader in Detroit, she was flown out to see Diddy by the former president of his Bad Boy Entertainment record label, Harve Pierre.

She claims that she was given drugs and alcohol during a meeting with Diddy at his recording studio and was unable to consent to sex when he, Pierre and another man began raping her.
