The fourth and final suspect in connection with the drive-by shooting that occurred earlier this month has been arrested.

GREENVILLE, NC (WNCT) — The fourth and final suspect in a drive-by shooting that occurred earlier this month has been arrested.

On July 6, 2024, a man was shot in the leg in a drive-by shooting on Pitt Street. He was taken to ECU Health Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.


De’Rondai Hill was arrested Saturday night on Stone Bend Drive in Greenville. He is charged with aiding and abetting attempted murder, according to a Greenville police press release.

Two of the other suspects, Trevon Delaney and Dontravion Waller, were charged with accessory after the fact the day of the shooting, according to police. GPD investigators have reason to believe that these two men were in the car at the time of the incident.

According to police, the main suspect, Victor Rivera, was arrested on July 15. Rivera was charged with attempted premeditated murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
