Suspect Accused of Stealing Electronics From AT&T Store Wanted by Atlanta Police – WSB-TV Channel 2

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department is searching for a suspect who allegedly stole several electronic devices from an AT&T in southeast Atlanta.

Police said that on July 9, just after 11 a.m., police responded to an AT&T store at 572 Hank Aaron Drive SE following a report of an armed robbery.

When police arrived, they spoke with a witness who said an unidentified black man entered the business and showed an employee a gun tucked inside his waistband before forcing the employee to retrieve a number of cell phones, Apple Watches and an iPad.

The employee told police the suspect forced them to stay in a bathroom while the suspect continued to take the electronic devices and fled the scene on foot.

Police secured and reviewed surveillance footage of the suspect robbing the premises.

He is described as a black male wearing a white A-town baseball cap, a red and black plaid woven jacket with a white T-shirt underneath, red sweatpants with black stripes and gray gloves on both hands.
