71-year-old man found dead in his apartment

A 71-year-old man was found beaten to death in his northwest Houston apartment early Sunday morning. It is still unclear who called police to report the incident. The man’s stepson was found at a nearby convenience store and questioned. According to reports, there were altercations between the man and his stepson.
