Drunk youth rapes 80-year-old street vendor sleeping near liquor store in Namner at night

In a shocking incident, a drunken man allegedly raped an elderly man who was sleeping outside a liquor shop in Agra’s Namner on Thursday night.

According to reports, the 80-year-old street vendor was sleeping near a liquor store when three youths approached him. After failing to wake him up, one of the men began sexually assaulting the elderly man.

The helpless man tried to defend himself against the heinous act in the middle of the night, but he did not succeed.

According to reports, a young man sleeping in a nearby shop was awakened by the commotion and filmed the horrific incident on his cell phone camera. The video of the incident went viral on social media.

The incident has drawn attention to the lack of safety of vulnerable people in the area.

Probe on

According to reports, the local police initially denied that the heinous incident had taken place in their area and refused to file a formal complaint. However, when the video surfaced on social media, the DCP of the area ordered an intervention and demanded the immediate arrest of the accused.

Police are currently trying to catch the accused seen in the video. They are examining the video and questioning the man who recorded the incident on his phone.
