50 Cent is suing his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Daphne Joy for $1 million after she accused him of rape and physical abuse.

Accordingly TMZThe G-Unit rapper filed a defamation lawsuit on Monday (May 6) against Joy, with whom he has an 11-year-old son named Sire Jackson.

Documents filed on Monday (May 6) reveal that the G-Unit rapper is blasting his ex over an Instagram post she made on March 28, suing her for defamation and filing a lawsuit issues an order to remove the post and to refrain from making other defamatory comments.

The lawsuit centers on an Instagram post the model uploaded in March in which she accused 50 (real name Curtis Jackson) of sexually and physically assaulting her.

In their complaint, 50 allege that Joy’s post was retaliation for her finding out he was seeking sole custody of their son after she was accused in producer Lil Rod’s sexual assault lawsuit against the Bad By mogul. being one of Diddy’s “sex workers”.

50 says the allegations have severely damaged his business reputation and his custody case, while also leaving him vulnerable to negative comments online.

The rapper’s lawyers reportedly sent a letter to Daphne Joy in early April requesting the post be removed, but she refused. The request was apparently met by lawyers who asked 50 to pay Joy millions of dollars and drop his custody lawsuit, which he described as “clearly extortionate.”

50’s legal team also released a statement denying the allegations as “false” and “malicious,” while claiming that Joy had a “misplaced loyalty” to Diddy.

“Although Ms. Narvaez had ample opportunity to retract a false and malicious accusation of retaliation, she shamefully chose to disrupt her 11-year-old son’s relationship with his loving father by falsely calling him a ‘rapist,'” it said the declaration.

“The motivation behind this appears to be Ms. Narvaez’s unfortunate involvement and her misplaced loyalty to Mr. Combs, who we believe was behind this attack and about whom Mr. Jackson has warned Ms. Narvaez and others for many years.”

In her original Instagram post, which appeared after 50 Cent made fun of her “sex worker” drama, Daphne Joy wrote: “Everything is a joke to you until our safety is compromised, which is what is happening now.” You judge real devastation, frenzy and chaos in people’s lives. How would you feel if Sire was the one wearing handcuffs? For nothing.

“We moved to New York to give you the opportunity to be a father to your son, and you saw him ten times in the two years we lived a mile from you. I am tired of maintaining and protecting an image to our son that you have never earned.”

50 Cent initially responded to the post by calling her accusations “false and baseless” while stating that his son’s safety is his top priority.

“The disturbing allegations in the affidavits filed in a recent lawsuit involving Daphne Joy, the mother of my 11-year-old child, have compelled me to take all necessary legal action to protect my son, Sire.” , he said.

“Daphne Joy’s recent false and unfounded allegations are clearly a response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my first priority and my only focus at this time is keeping him in a safe environment.”
