Cody J. Nelson Clerkin, 28, North Vernon, domestic battery, 11:46 p.m., by Columbus Police Department, held without bond.

John R. Maley, 56, of 315 Coovert St., Columbus, intimidation with a deadly weapon, public intoxication, 12:29 a.m., by Columbus police, held without bail.

Zachary M. Smith, 32, of 2608 Charwood Drive, Columbus, left the scene of a property damage accident involving Columbus police at 2:23 a.m. and is being held without bond.

Charles A. Reed, 36, of 1603 W. Shady Lane, Columbus, Bartholomew County, warrant, two counts of bodily attachment, 3:22 a.m., by Columbus police, held in lieu of $7,000 bail.

Dominique ME Nichols, 29, of 2211 Ohio Ave., Columbus, out-of-county warrant, 8:36 a.m., by Columbus Police Department, held without bond.

David AM Stitzel, 32, of 222 Coovert St., Columbus, two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a prior conviction, operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more, neglect of dependent/child violations, 10:33 a.m p.m., by Columbus Police Department, held in lieu of $27,500 bond.
