Arrest warrant issued for Missouri man accused of sexually abusing disabled child | KSNF/KODE

NEWTON COUNTY, Missouri – An arrest warrant has been issued in Newton County for a man accused of sexually abusing a mentally disabled boy.

Royal Hoth is accused of second degree sodomy.


According to the statement of suspicion, he confessed to initially cuddling with the boy, which later led to oral sex.

The incident is believed to have occurred on April 8. Authorities said Hoth has since moved away from Joplin and is now located somewhere in western Kansas.
