According to investigators, Vann used the usernames “TMV_202” and “Aaliyah_pe23” to pose as an 11-year-old girl and enlist the help of children to “catch her boyfriend cheating.”

Vann asked the children to send photos of themselves and offered them money through the Cash App, police said.
