Construction worker James Anderson was killed after falling from a trailer at Jackson County Middle School in McKee, Kentucky

MCKEE, Ky. (FOX 56) – A Stanton man has died after falling from a trailer in McKee on Tuesday, according to Kentucky State Police (KSP).

KSP said they were called around 11:15 a.m. to assist McKee police after a construction worker was involved in an accident at Jackson County Middle School.


According to investigators, 48-year-old James Anderson was unloading storm drain tiles from a flatbed equipment trailer when he fell and hit the ground.

According to KSP, Anderson was taken to a London hospital where he later died.

The authorities assume that there is no third-party negligence and the investigation is still ongoing.
