Police respond to reported shooting in northwest Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahoma City Police responded to a reported shooting in northwest Oklahoma City Friday evening.

According to officials, the shooting occurred around 11 p.m. Friday near Lyrewood Ln. and West Wilshire Blvd.


According to police, the suspect approached the victim in his car and fired shots. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The whereabouts of the suspect are currently unknown.
