New Albany police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a home Tuesday night. Police said they were dispatched to the 800 block of E 11th Street around 8:15 p.m. for a visit on an adult male. When they arrived, they found the 68-year-old man dead. The man’s cause of death has not yet been determined. The death is currently under investigation by the New Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division and the Indiana State Police. Police said no further information is available at this time due to the stage of the investigation.

New Albany police are investigating after a man was found dead in a home Tuesday night.

Police said they were dispatched to the 800 block of East 11th Street around 8:15 p.m. to make a community visit to an adult male.

When they arrived, they found the 68-year-old man dead.

The cause of the man’s death has not yet been determined.

The death is currently being investigated by the New Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division and the Indiana State Police.

Police said that due to the stage of the investigation, no further information was currently available.
