Hawarden woman arrested for phone theft | News

HAWARDEN – A 30-year-old Hawarden woman was arrested Thursday, June 27, on a charge of fourth-degree theft.

According to Hawarden Police, Tania Elizabeth Gonzalez-Poso was arrested after she took another person’s cell phone at the Hawarden Public Library around 5:30 p.m. the previous day.

Fourth-degree theft charges involve incidents where the value of the stolen property is estimated at between $301 and $750.
