PTI Secretariat will not be given any powers, says IESCO spokesman

ISLAMABAD, June 13 (APP): The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Thursday clarified that the company did not disrupt power supply to the Secretariat of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in G 8.

The building’s power supply was cut off due to a possible internal wiring fault, the IESCO spokesman said.

He said that ensuring power supply to the meters was the responsibility of the IESCO field office. According to SDO Sector G 7, no complaint of power outages had been registered, he further said.
