Filling: 65 Oxford Avenue – Buffalo Rising

A Batavia couple is proposing a two-story single-family home on a narrow lot at 65 Oxford Avenue. Richard Folger, Jr. and Marcia Pacciotti purchased the vacant 35′ x 105′ lot from the City for $15,000.

Plans submitted to the city show a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom residence measuring approximately 1,500 square feet. of living space. According to the purchase contract with the city, the couple will have 18 months to complete construction.

The Oxford Triangle neighborhood has seen a significant number of home and building renovation projects in recent years and infill homes completed by Severyn Development. It is located between Canisius College and several renovation projects along Main Street to the east and the Lancaster Square development at Gates Circle to the west.
