North Cornwall Township takes steps to form regional police force

The North Cornwall Board of Supervisors has unanimously voted to issue a charter that, if adopted, would initiate the merger of the North Cornwall and North Lebanon police departments.

Both North Cornwall and North Lebanon will hold public hearings to allow residents to voice their opinions on the plan. If both councils vote to adopt the charter, they will go through the regionalization process.
