According to the lawsuit, Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta worked in the music industry for approximately 15 years, holding positions in artist management and representation, A&R, marketing consulting and project management.

Due to her success, Ms. Pisciotta interacted professionally with many artists, including Kanye West, AKA Ye. She collaborated creatively with the rapper on the women’s clothing line Yeezy Season I and placed three songs on “Donda,” his 10th studio album, which was finally released in 2021.

In or around July 2021, Ms. Pisciotta was asked to “act as (Ye’s) executive assistant/personal assistant in connection with the business affairs of all defendants herein and the personal affairs” of the rapper.

At the time, Ye explained to Ms. Pisciotta that he was “impressed by her previous employment as (his) employee, and they agreed on a salary for Ms. Pisciotta of $1,000,000 per year,” but required that she be available “24 hours a day.”

She accepted the salary.

According to the lawsuit, Kayne West was aware of Plaintiff’s “strong social media presence, which consisted of Ms. Pisciotta’s Instagram account and an OnlyFans account, the latter of which was operated entirely by an independent management company, and he had no problem or objection thereto.”

Her social media generated about $1,000,000 annually.

According to the lawsuit, Ye later “bragged” to friends that Ms. Pisciotta was “an OnlyFans superstar.”

“(Her) social media presence included, but was not limited to, Instagram and OnlyFans, and content such as, among other things, professional bikini and lingerie photos as a result of professional and tasteful photo shoots,” the lawsuit states.

In August 2022, Kanye West allegedly told Ms. Pisciotta to be “godlike” and asked her to delete her OnlyFans account. If she agreed, he said, he would pay her $1,000,000.

She decided to continue, forgoing the annual fees she earned from her OnlyFans account, which Ye allegedly never paid her.

Ms. Pisciotta also claims that Kanye West began sending a series of text messages, including one that read as follows (transcribed by TMZ):

“My problem is that I want to fuck, but then after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard she got fucked while I fuck her. Then I want her to cheat on me…”

Another text she allegedly received from Ye reads (also transcribed by TMZ):

“Is my dick racist? It is. My fucking racist dick. I’m going to beat that fucking racist dick because it’s fucking racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick… I’m going to beat the shit out of his big black dick.”

The lawsuit further alleges that Kanye West “conducted a systematic, severe, persuasive and offensive campaign of unlawful sex-based harassment (of Ms. Pisciotta), including sexual harassment, in violation of various provisions of the FEHA.”

Ms. Pisciotta alleges that he engaged in masturbation in front of her and disclosed intimate sexual details, photographs, texts and videos of sexual acts, “including, but not limited to, acts in which (Ye) was involved, as well as other images and videos of Instagram models, current and former employees of YEEZY, LLC, and various men and women.”

On or about October 21, 2022, Ms. Pisciotta was terminated and offered $3,000,000, which she accepted, but was allegedly never paid. “Defendants subsequently failed in their obligation to pay Plaintiff the severance payment,” the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit further alleges that Kanye West was “obsessed” and “fixated” with Ms. Pisciotta and “stalked” her after she was “wrongfully fired.”

In late 2022, Ye reportedly moved into the building where she lived, after which his unprofessional and bullying behavior continued.

She “neither welcomed nor encouraged these offensive actions, texts, videos and statements,” the lawsuit states. “Nor did she condone Kanye West’s abusive, degrading, embarrassing and offensive behavior identified above. Instead, she focused on her work and remained as professional as possible despite the harassment, discrimination and insults.”

Ms. Pisciotta is seeking at least $4 million in damages, citing breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and a hostile work environment.
