Carlos Palacios: Stockton murder suspect arrested in Antioch

STOCKTON, Calif. – The suspect in a fatal shooting in Stockton was arrested in Antioch on Monday.

Stockton police said 28-year-old Carlos Palacios was arrested in Antioch in connection with a fatal shooting on March 18.

The shooting occurred in the area of ​​East Market Street and South E Street. Arriving officers found a 40-year-old man with a gunshot wound, but despite efforts to save his life, he died at a hospital.

On May 6, Palacios was arrested in Antioch and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on suspicion of murder.
