Man shot in house in California neighborhood, police said

The Louisville Metro Police Department is investigating after a man was shot in the California neighborhood Wednesday night. Police said calls came in about a shooting in the 2300 block of Grand Avenue around 9 p.m. When LMPD officers arrived on the scene, they found a man shot inside a home. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The LMPD Homicide Unit is investigating the case. Police said there are currently no suspects. The Louisville Metro Police Department is investigating after a man was shot in the California neighborhood on Wednesday evening.

Police said reports of a shooting were received in the 2300 block of Grand Avenue around 9 p.m.

When LMPD officers arrived at the scene, they found a man shot to death in a house. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The LMPD Homicide Unit is investigating the case. Police said there are currently no suspects.
