Stormy Daniels testifies about alleged sexual encounter with Trump

NEW YORK (AP) — Stormy Daniels, the adult film actress at the center of Donald Trump’s hush money trial, testified Tuesday about a sexual encounter she allegedly had with him, angrily denying accusations from the former president’s lawyer that she lied to make money on her way to fame.

Daniels is a key witness in the Manhattan district attorney’s case against Trump, the first former president to face a criminal trial and the Republican Party’s presumptive nominee for president in the November election.
