Accident with property damage leads to arrest of Fayette woman – Finger Lakes Daily News

A property damage accident in Seneca County led to the arrest of a 62-year-old Fayette woman on Saturday evening.

Brenda Ruthven was charged with drunk driving after allegedly driving into a mailbox and the front yard of a residence, causing minor damage. No injuries were reported.

Ruthven is scheduled to appear in Fayette City Court at a later date to answer the charges.
