A 33-year-old Hamilton Township man has been charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, negligent driving, failure to maintain lane, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and refusing to submit to a breath test after a police officer observed his vehicle driving on May 7 at 11:30 p.m. on Route 130. He was examined and released.

A 56-year-old East Windsor Township man was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Plumsted Township after a motor vehicle was stopped on Old Trenton Road for a non-functioning brake light on May 6. He was also charged with a lamp maintenance violation. He was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.

A 35-year-old Morrisville, Pennsylvania, man who worked at the Mavis Discount Tire store on Route 130 was charged with criminal trespass and trespassing after using a crowbar to force his way into the store on May 5. He wanted to retrieve an item that he had left behind but for which he was not authorized to enter the store. He was processed and released.

A 43-year-old East Windsor Township man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane after a trooper observed his vehicle skidding on Route 133 at 2:23 a.m. May 4 got into trouble. It has been edited and released.

A 22-year-old Hamilton Township man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, negligent driving, driving without a license and refusing to submit to a breath test at 5:27 a.m. on Stockton Street on May 4. Officers were taken to dispatched to investigate a possible car accident and discovered the man’s vehicle stopped with the engine running and traveling west in the eastbound lane. He was processed and released.

A 22-year-old East Windsor Township man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, negligent driving, failure to report an accident, refusal to submit to a breath test and failure to maintain lane on Bolton Road at 6:26 a.m. May 4: A police officer finds the vehicle parked on Bolton Road with the engine running and accident damage. He was processed and released.

A 29-year-old Trenton man was charged with failure to obey the law and was also found to have outstanding warrants out of Union Township and Ewing Township after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 133 on May 2. He was processed and released.
