Anna, TX News | Man arrested for possession of child pornography

ANNA, Texas – An Anna, Texas, man was arrested Thursday for possession of child pornography, officials say.

The Collin County Sheriff’s Office said it received a cyber tip regarding child pornography being uploaded online.

Investigators from the Child Exploitation Unit (CEU) obtained a search warrant for the home of Jacob Beckner. While CEU was executing the search warrant, officials say they discovered hundreds of images and videos of child pornography depicting children, some as young as two years old.

Officers charged Beckner with possession of child pornography.

He is being held at the Collin County Detention Center on $40,000 bail.
