Editor’s note: Arkansas State Police preliminary fatality reports sometimes contain information that turns out to be inaccurate. Typical errors include misspellings of names or incorrect ages, outdated information about residence, direction of travel of the vehicle and time of the incident. The ASP sometimes corrects these errors in updated reports. ASP reports are missing the names of passengers or drivers who are not injured, even in cases where uninjured drivers appear to be at fault.
