Tal Alexander, the third brother of a real estate dynasty accused of rape, leaves his company

The older brother of the Alexander twins from the real estate dynasty he co-founded has retired from the brokerage firm after being accused in a civil lawsuit of raping a New York woman more than a decade ago.

Lawyers for 37-year-old Tal Alexander said in a statement on Tuesday that the financier would “take a break from the company to focus fully on clearing his name” due to the “offensive nature of this false accusation.”

“He will not allow these allegations to be another distraction for the company or its clients,” said attorneys Milton Williams and Deanna Paul.

They added that Tal is looking forward to rejoining the official team soon.

One of Tal’s younger siblings, Oren, has already been pushed out of the brokerage firm Official, which he co-founded, after two explosive lawsuits alleged that he and his twin Alon, who runs a private security firm, raped two women several years ago.

Since the disgusting allegations against the twins surfaced, nearly 30 other women have come forward with similarly disgusting claims against the twins, according to the attorney for the two plaintiffs, Kate Whiteman and Rebecca Mandel.

“When the lawsuits first came forward, the floodgates opened,” a source at Official told The Post on Tuesday. “People in the industry have known this for a long time – it’s a well-known secret. Don’t be surprised to learn that this is just the tip of the iceberg.”

Tal initially avoided the accusations.

But last week, a similarly heated lawsuit filed by a woman named Angelica Parker alleged that Tal and the twins conspired to rape her in a “coordinated sexual assault” in the brothers’ shared SoHo apartment shortly after she met the brothers in the fall of 2012.

Parker said Tal tried to sexually abuse her again several years later, according to the Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

But Parker let out a loud scream that immediately caused the attacker to stop, the lawsuit says.

Her lawyer, Michael Willemin, said in a statement that the legal battle was intended to “send the message that the law applies even to the very rich and well-connected, including the Alexanders.”

The three brothers’ lawyers described the lawsuits as a money-making scheme and denied the allegations.

Tal’s lawyer said in a statement that it was “regrettable but entirely to be expected that blackmailers would step in in light of the allegations against Tal’s brothers.”

“Tal has done absolutely nothing wrong and anyone spreading outrageous lies in the hope of a quick payday will be disappointed,” the statement said.

Both Tal and Oren worked for years at Douglas Elliman, a high-end firm that moves incredibly expensive homes.

Among the properties managed by the brothers was the most expensive ever purchased in the United States: a 2,200-square-foot apartment purchased in 2019 by billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin, who paid a whopping $238 million for the property.

The three siblings are part of a real estate dynasty founded by their father Shlomy Alexander.
