  • Criminal impersonation in the second degree
  • Serious unauthorized operation

According to police, Sergeant Dingmon was treated for his injuries and is currently recovering at home. Travis was arraigned in Saratoga Springs Municipal Court and remanded to the custody of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Her next court date is scheduled for a later date. Travis reportedly had two previous arrest warrants out for failure to appear in court. Saratoga Springs Police were assisted in the arrest by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and State Police.
