Second suspect arrested in November shooting at Little Rock office building

Little Rock police said Friday they had arrested a second man who faces manslaughter charges in connection with the November killing of a 17-year-old boy. Authorities said it was an attempted armed robbery that ended in a shootout at a Little Rock office building.
