AMBER Alert issued for missing three-year-old from Texarkana

TEXARKANA, Arkansas – Texarkana Police have issued an AMBER Alert for a missing three-year-old child who may have run away.

Kaiden Barnes was last seen in Texarkana on June 14. He was wearing a blue shirt and black pants.

He is described as having black hair with short dreadlocks, brown eyes, a height of 3 feet 7 inches (91 cm) and a weight of 30 pounds (13.6 kg).
