In Telangana, 6-year-old girl raped and murdered by truck driver

A six-year-old girl was abducted by a truck driver from Uttar Pradesh and raped and killed in Peddapalli district of Telanga on Thursday.

The incident took place around 11 pm when the minor was sleeping with her mother, who works as a labourer. The accused Balram kidnapped the girl.

Video footage shows Balram carrying the minor on his shoulder and walking around in a dark area nearby before committing the crime. Balram takes the minor to nearby bushes and sexually abuses her before killing her.

When the victim’s mother woke up at midnight, she realized that her daughter was missing. Concerned about her whereabouts, she alerted her colleagues and began searching for her. The group found the girl’s body in the bushes.

Balram was later caught by workers and locals and handed over to the police.

A case was registered and the victim’s body was taken to the hospital for autopsy.

Police continued to investigate the incident.
