Wawa has a new flavor in stores

New coffee in the range at Wawa

If you’re like me, you love your coffee and nothing beats that coffee on the go. Of course, some people brew their own coffee on the go, others have a favorite place where they drink their coffee in the morning. Maybe you’re a “Dunkin” fan, a “Starbucks” fan, a “Wawa” fan, or you brew it at home. If you’re a coffee lover, you have your routine and your “favorites.”

Accordingly joesgaragecoffee.com, “If you add up all the millions of cups of coffee that Americans drink every day, you get an annual average of 146 billion cups of coffee for the country. Annual per capita coffee consumption in the United States is about nine pounds. Every day, U.S. citizens drink a total of 400 million cups of coffee. So an American coffee drinker consumes about three cups of coffee a day.”

As you can see, coffee is a very popular beverage and we love our coffee, so when there’s something new to try, that’s a cool thing. Wawa doesn’t introduce “new” coffee as often as others, so it’s a pretty big deal when they introduce a new blend.

I noticed this weekend that Wawa has added a new blend to its daily coffee offering. Sea Salt Toffey is now available at participating Wawa’s.

The Sea Salt Toffey is described as “caramelized sugar and brown butter, finished with sea salt.” I tried it today and I really liked it. It tastes subtly of caramel and a hint of sea salt. I will definitely buy it again.
