One dead and one injured in shooting in Horry County, police say

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WBTW) — One person was killed and another seriously injured in a shooting Tuesday morning along U.S. Highway 701, police said.

Details are still scarce, but Horry County police said it happened around 2:30 a.m. near Highway 701 South and Hurley Road.
