4 Elyria residents arrested in connection with drug investigation

Police executed search warrants at two locations in the 1100 block of East Avenue after neighbors reported complaints about the residences.

CLEVELAND – Four Elyria residents were arrested Friday in connection with a drug trafficking investigation, police said.

Elyria police, with assistance from Lorain police and federal agents, executed two search warrants in the 1100 block of East Avenue after neighbors filed complaints about the residences, according to police.

Police reportedly seized three firearms, a stash of drugs, including cocaine and MDMA, and about $500 in cash.

Windsor Terlonge (42), Larry Williams (40) and Charles Lewis were each charged with drug offenses, while Jennifer Brown (60) was arrested on a previously outstanding warrant.

Terlonge is charged with drug trafficking near a school, drug possession and possession of a weapon while disabled.

Williams was also charged with trafficking drugs in violation of school regulations, two counts of illegal possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon while under disability and receiving stolen goods.

Lewis was arrested for drug possession.

All four were taken to the Lorain County Jail prior to their initial appearance in Elyria Municipal Court.
