Kensington, NH man shot by police on Olivia Lane – NBC Boston

A man was shot and killed by police in Kensington, New Hampshire, the attorney general’s office said Monday.

According to authorities, the incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. outside a home on Olivia Lane. The shooting prompted the establishment of an emergency shelter for nearby residents.

No further injuries were reported, the Attorney General’s Office said, adding that there was no danger to the public.

The man’s name was not immediately released.

The Attorney General said the names of the officials would be withheld until “official questioning is complete.”

The shooting remains under investigation.
