Evicted tenants attacked landlords in Perry County

PSP: Evicted tenants in Perry County attacked landlord with sledgehammer and screwdriver

A Perry County man and woman attacked their landlord with a sledgehammer and screwdriver, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Jason Goshorn, 39, and Ashely Zellers, 38, are both charged with attempted murder and other offenses. The victim said he evicted the two from a home on Bailey Run Street in Miller Township earlier this month. They allegedly returned Wednesday afternoon when he tried to change the locks. State police said the landlord and two witnesses told them Goshorn hit the man with the sledgehammer and Zellers stabbed him with a screwdriver.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, a Perry County man and woman attacked their landlord with a sledgehammer and a screwdriver.

Jason Goshorn, 39, and Ashely Zellers, 38, are both charged with attempted murder and other crimes.

The victim said he evicted the two from a property on Bailey Run Street in Miller Township earlier this month.

Apparently they came back on Wednesday afternoon when he tried to change the locks.

State police said the landlord and two witnesses told them Goshorn hit the man with the sledgehammer and Zellers stabbed him with a screwdriver.
