Swatara Twp. Police are asking for help in identifying the suspect

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania – Police are searching for a man accused of taking unauthorized photographs of a person while he was changing in the dressing room of a Dauphin County department store.

According to Swatara Township police, the suspect was observed taking digital photos of the victim at 10:45 a.m. on July 3. The alleged incident occurred at a Target store on High Pointe Boulevard, police said.

The suspect had tattoos on both arms and wore glasses and was seen driving a black Ford pickup truck, according to police.
