*Update – Victim identified* State police investigate fatal accident involving gas-powered bicycle in Wilmington – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police have arrested 22-year-old Nasir Ferrell-Mays of Wilmington, Delaware, as the man who was killed in a fatal collision involving a gasoline-powered bicycle in Wilmington on Thursday afternoon.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Officers are asking anyone who witnessed this accident to contact Master Corporal J. Forester by phone at (302) 365-8485. Information can also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contact Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
