1 dead, 1 in custody after attack in Prior Lake

One person is dead and another is in custody following an attack in Prior Lake early Saturday morning.

Prior Lake police responded to a 911 call from a home in the 16000 block of Brunswick Avenue at 4:39 a.m. Officers said there appeared to be an assault between multiple people that left one person dead.

According to police, one person was arrested.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
