The Buffalo Bills will sponsor a team for the National Gay Flag Football League in Buffalo, the team announced Tuesday morning.

The NGFFL has more than 250 teams across 26 leagues with more than 4,000 players across the United States and Canada and aims to create an inclusive community for everyone to enjoy flag football.

Other NFL teams with NGFFL relationships include the Commanders, Bears, Patriots, Seahawks, Giants, Jets, Dolphins and Cardinals.

We are excited to join the NFL and other league clubs in supporting the NGFFL,” said Michelle Roberts, Vice President of Community Impact for the Buffalo Bills. “Through our sponsorship, we look forward to expanding the impact of the NGFFL in our community.”

The NGFFL was founded in 2002 and has been growing steadily. Prospective players, sponsors and Buffalo chapter organizers can visit NGFFL.org/Buffalo for more information.
