The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports on current incidents, arrests and citations

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has released information on recent incident reports, arrests and citations. These reports provide detailed information on responses to various disturbances and medical calls, as well as several traffic-related arrests and citations.

Incident reports:

  • May 22: LCSO responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Market Street in Utica. The investigation revealed no criminal activity and a report was prepared for the files.
  • 24, 25, 28 May: LCSO responded to medical calls in the 1000 block of Missouri Highway 190 to assist emergency services. Reports were taken to provide additional resources to individuals with ongoing issues.
  • May 29: LCSO, in conjunction with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, responded to a possible theft in the 200 block of North Sherman Street in Wheeling. This resulted in an arrest by MSHP for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests:

  • 30th May: The deputy arrested 19-year-old Drake Clapp of Liberty for driving 91 mph in a 65 mph zone on US Highway 36 near LIV 255. Clapp posted $250 bail and was released with a date in Livingston District Court.
  • 2th of June: The deputy arrested Patrick Lovelace, 62, of Las Vegas for driving 92 mph in a 65 mph zone on US Highway 36 near LIV 261. Lovelace posted $250 bail and was released on a summons.
  • 3rd of June: The deputy arrested Billy Hatfield, 37, of Chillicothe, on a Livingston County warrant (case no. 24LV-CR00178) for failure to comply with a judge’s orders related to possession of controlled substances. Hatfield was arrested in the 400 block of Jackson Street in Chillicothe and taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.

  • May 24: Kayleigh Streett, 19, of Trenton, was cited for driving 91 miles per hour in a 60 mph zone on U.S. Highway 65 at Park Lane.
  • 28th of May: Jimmy Richey, 73, of Jamesport, was issued a citation for unsafely changing lanes on US Highway 65 near LIV 410.
  • 28th of May: Steven Doss, 40, of Laclede, was cited for driving 88 mph in a 65 mph zone on US Highway 36 near LIV 249.
  • 31. May: Caitlin Claypole, 19, of Richmond was cited for driving 88 miles per hour in a 65 mph zone on US Highway 36 near LIV 233.
  • 31. May: Robert Anderson, 43, of Illinois, was cited for driving 89 miles per hour in a 65 mph zone on US Highway 36 near LIV 405.
  • 3rd of June: Jemiriye Fakunle, 41, of Illinois, was cited for driving 85 mph in a 65 mph zone on US Highway 36 near LIV 255.

There are currently 61 people in the custody of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
