Yadkin County law enforcement is investigating a Yadkinville Elementary School employee

Law enforcement in Yadkin County is investigating a Yadkinville Elementary School employee accused of misconduct. Our news partner, The Yadkin Ripple, reports that school district officials were notified Friday of the allegations against Ivey S. Pauca. Pauca worked as a teacher’s assistant at Yadkinville Elementary School from January 2020 to July 2022. She resigned to work in another district before being rehired at the school in October 2023. In a statement, a school district official said the system will work with law enforcement to investigate all allegations in this incident.

Law enforcement authorities in Yadkin County are investigating a Yadkinville Elementary School employee who is suspected of misconduct.

Our news partner The Yadkin Ripple reports that school district officials were notified of the allegations against Ivey S. Pauca on Friday.

Pauca served as a teacher’s assistant at Yadkinville Elementary School from January 2020 to July 2022. She resigned to work in another district before being rehired at the school in October 2023.
