Arizona police officer charged with aggravated harassment

The Page Police Department posted on its Facebook page that William Lytle was arrested on May 10.

PAGE, Ariz. — A Page police officer has been arrested and charged with a felony, the city’s police department said. It’s unclear why.

In a Facebook post, Page police said William Lytle was arrested and booked on May 10 for “aggravated domestic violence harassment.” Lytle has been placed on leave pending the outcome of the disciplinary process, the post said.

Page police thanked the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in the investigation.

There was no information about what prompted the investigation or what was found during the investigation.
